The Story

FROM THE AEGEAN SEA TO YOUR HEARTS

One of the most rewarding aspects of growing up in Turkey has been the deep appreciation it helped me develop for food and its role in building community. Some of my fondest childhood memories include early morning breakfast tables I used to set with my brother and long dinners shared with family and friends over countless delicious "mezes". 

 

Turkey, thanks to its climate and perfect four seasons, is a country rich with fruits and vegetables, and each of seven regions add another dimension to a rich repertoire, making it one of the most uniquely diverse cuisines in the world. Among these seven regions, the Aegean has long been my one true love with its super easy, healthy and delicious collection of mezes that have become a stable in my household. Today I am incredibly grateful to share it with my growing family and now with you!
