The most delicious way to eat your seasonal veggies! Ready under 15 mins!
Mücver has made its way to dinner tables all around the country and was most certainly a common visitor to our dinner tables at home! Its rich vegetable content makes it also incredibly light!
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of flour
- Dill
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Grate the two zucchini and the carrot into a large bowl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Add in the dill, eggs, and spices. Mix until the eggs are fully blended in. Add in the flour and whisk until you get a creamy batter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Heat up 2 tbs of vegetable oil on a pan. Scoop a 1/4 cup of batter and place it on the heated pan.

Turkish people love plain yogurt as a topping to fried food to cut the oil! My favorite go-to dip for Mücver is full fat plain yogurt, mixed with dill, olive oil and red pepper flakes! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
